Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, such as plumbing leaks, electrical issues, or HVAC failures.
• Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, or painting.
• Property Upkeep: Maintain the overall appearance of the property by cleaning, landscaping, and addressing minor issues.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that the property complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks or repairs.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and expenses.
