Role Description

• This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based on-site in Ibadan. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
• The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Training, and Performance Evaluation skills
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Experience in onboarding and developing training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
