Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc/HND in Hotel and Catering management
- A minimum of 7 years cognate working experience in the hotel industry.
- Excellent administrative, communication and English writing skills
- Must possess a clear demonstrable knowledge of African, Continental and Oriental Cuisine.
- First class/distinction or Second class upper division/upper credit grades is added advantage.
