TITAKURU Food Processing Limited (TKFPL), a subsidiary of the TYHoldings division, is one of the largest processors of locally grown cassava tubers in North Eastern Nigeria and known for consistent production of high quality cassava-based products. The business is located in Jalingo, Taraba state and supports over 40,000 farmers through the Out-grower scheme and the direct purchase of their cassava tubers; Hence playing a key role in the development of the Nations Agricultural sector. TKFPL is Incorporated and certified with Corporate Affairs Commission with Reg. no.: RC.1454269 on the 17th November, 2017.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources and Administrative Manager

Location: Taraba

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manager payroll and benefits, and oversee administrative operations

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Degree in HR or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong HR knowledge, Organisational skills, and proficiency in HR software.
