Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Yola, Adamawa
Job Description
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties to potential clients.
- This role includes identifying leads, managing client relationships, conducting property tours, and negotiating sales deals.
- The ideal candidate will be driven, have excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and contact potential buyers through various channels such as cold calls, networking, and online platforms.
- Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, financing options, and market trends.
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns, property exhibitions, and events tpromote listings.
- Present and demonstrate properties tprospective buyers, explaining features, benefits, and pricing details.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients.
- Prepare and maintain records of sales activities, listings, and follow-ups.
- Regularly update the CRM with client information and transaction details.
- Report weekly sales performance tthe Head of Marketing.
Key Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Experience in residential or commercial property sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability twork independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills tbuild relationships with clients.
- Understanding of real estate markets, property types, and financing options.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
