Job Title: Marketing and Growth Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing activities in tech, consumer packaged goods and service industries
- Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies for traditional & digital marketing
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Navigate the social media platforms to reach targeted audience
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Building relationships with influencers, and traditional media outlets
- Promote brand and ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in similar role shownbelow
- Previous experience in Fintech branding
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in traditional marketing in start-ups
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Minimum of 2years’experience in sales.
