Job Summary

• Our Client, A leading FMCG Paper Packaging company in Nigeria is looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Factory Manager to assist the Factory Manager in overseeing all factory operations, including production, quality control, safety, and personnel management.
• The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, meeting production targets, and adhering to company policies and objectives.

Requirements and Skills

• BSc / HND or equivalent; a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering· Minimum 7 years experience in manufacturing as Assistant Factory Manager or Production Manager in the printing and packaging industry.
• You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Good proficiency in the use of MS packages most especially excel
• In addition to this, your problem-solving skills will be beneficial in addressing customer queries or disputes in production.
