Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train mall staff, including security guards, cleaning personnel, and maintenance workers.
• Supervise and manage staff performance, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the mall, including security, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, such as repairs, renovations, and cleaning.
• Monitor the mall's security systems and respond to any incidents.
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met throughout the mall.
• Manage relationships with mall tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Ensure that tenants comply with Mall rules and regulations.
• Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
• Conduct regular drills and training to ensure staff are prepared to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• HND or BSc in relevant fields from a reputable institution
• Experience in retail management or customer service.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
