Job Description
As HR Training Coordinator, you will:

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and conferences
• Develop and maintain relationships with training vendors and facilitators
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, training, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training methods, and technologies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
