Job Title: Head of Account

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• As Head of Accounts, you will oversee the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the accounting team and providing guidance and support
• Developing and implementing effective accounting processes and procedures
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights for business growth
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is an added advantage
