Job Summary
- As our Site Engineer, You'll beresponsible for overseeing and managing the construction of waterfall and pool projects.
- You'll ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to relevant parties.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure they are adhering to project plans and safety protocols.
- Inspect construction materials and equipment for quality and compliance.
- Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets specified standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of construction work.
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for the site.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that workers are provided with necessary safety equipment.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage change orders and variations to the project scope.
- Possess a strong understanding of waterfall and pool construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Have knowledge of surveying and leveling techniques.
- Be familiar with construction equipment and machinery used in waterfall and pool construction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
- Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals to regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in waterfall and pool construction.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment specific to waterfall and pool projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings related to water features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards for construction projects involving water.
