Job Title: Unit Manager

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources
• Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
• Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
• To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
