George Houston Resources (GHR) Consulting Services Limited - Our client, an ICT company located on the Island, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Account Manager

Location: Admiralty Way - Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties / Description

  • Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and account plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A minimum of B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in sales within the ICT industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
  • Age: 30 - 45 years.
