Locations: Abuja (FCT)  and Lagos

About the job

• We are seeking for a visa officer who is familiar with Schengen, US, UK, Arab and Asian Countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to clients about visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for various countries.
• Assist clients in preparing visa applications, including gathering and organizing required documents.
• Submit visa applications to embassies or consulates, following up on progress and ensuring timely processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients, embassies, and consulates to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, requirements, and processing times for different countries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions promptly.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Travel, Tourism or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in visa processing and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including visa application software.
