Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, assigning tasks and preparing work schedules.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to employees to enhance skills and productivity.
• Compile and maintain production records, reporting on performance and progress.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and schedule regular maintenance.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
