Perfection Motor, a subsidiary of the Lee Group of Companies, was established in partnership with FAW China and holds exclusive rights to market FAW heavy-duty trucks in Nigeria. Since our founding in 2013, we have made significant progress in preparing to serve the market. This includes establishing our head office, a fully equipped workshop, a parts department, and an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Parts Driver

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Transport parts and materials between the dealership or repair center and other locations, including customers, suppliers, and other branches.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to maintain the efficiency of repair and maintenance services.
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming parts.
  • Support the parts department in keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring that the right parts are available when needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the delivery vehicle to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  • Report any vehicle issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
  • Adjust delivery schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in orders or priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signed receipts, invoices, and mileage logs.
  • Ensure that parts are correctly labeled and handled during transport to prevent damage.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate and navigate delivery vehicles, including knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to complete deliveries within specified deadlines.

Other Requirement:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust routes based on changing delivery requirements.
  • Ability to handle parts carefully and verify that the correct items are delivered or picked up.
  • Familiarity with GPS systems or delivery tracking software to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
  • Familiarity with basic automotive parts and tools is beneficial.
  • Some companies may require a commercial driver’s license (CDL) depending on the size and type of delivery vehicle used.
  • Male Preferably.

Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
