Job Summary
- You will report to the Head of Infrastructure Quality and contribute to the overall Quality Objectives of the Infrastructure Division.
- You are tasked with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagements with customers and stakeholders, proactively providing support and input when required.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 Key Responsibilities)
Expected Key Results:
Functional / Technical Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance And Compliance on All Outside Plant Deploymentsand Operations
- Periodic Audit and Verification of As Maintained Information and Records
- Updating and Maintaining Standards and Specifications Documentation Updating and Maintaining Training Documentation
Reporting:
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices as required in the Infrastructure Quality Unit
People Management:
- Build and maintain a healthy relationship with customers and stakeholders
Training:
- Drive internal and external training initiatives for team members.
Demonstrate (Key Competencies)
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:
- Education: B.Eng Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Professional Certifications: CFOT is an added advantage
- Technical: Good Knowledge of Fiber Turnkey Deployments and Civil Works and Materials standards
- Technology: Conversant with Microsoft Office Tools, AutoCAD/Visio, A good knowledge of GIS will be an added advantage
- Communication: Excellent Communication and Presentation
- In addition to the above you are required to build capacity and develop teams working with you.
Work Experience:
- 5 years experience in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works standards and specifications
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
- Conversant with the Use of CAD and GIS.
