Nnamdi Azikiwe University was established from Anambra State University of Technology (ASUTECH) by Law No. 7 on July 30, 1980. It was nationalized by Decree No. 34 of July 1992 (now CAP. N 139, LFN, 2004), with financial effect from September 1, 1992. The University aims to be: world-class institution excelling in teaching, research, and service. Our mission is to address societal challenges through education and research, ensuring practical application for students and societal benefit.
