Job Description

•  The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and a proven track record in managing a successful cake business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the cake production process, from recipe development to quality control.
• Manage a team of bakers, decorators, and other staff members.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote the company's brand.
• Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, pricing, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND in Hospitality.
• Proven experience managing a cake business, including production, marketing, and sales.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Passion for baking and a strong understanding of cake design and production techniques.
• Must reside within or around Festac, Amuwo Odofin Axis.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
