Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s goals.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and labor laws.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including pension and health insurance.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations and ensure proper succession planning.
- Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related issues and initiatives.
- Oversee HR budgeting and reporting to the executive team.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, banking regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and people management skills.
