Job Title: Service Center Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Supervision of Service Centre Processes:
- Daily service call log
- Weekly service call review and analyses, Average Response Time (ART), Average Fix Time (AFT) Recall
- New equipment Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
- Workshop equipment repairs
- Update of Customer Database (DB)
- Monthly Equipment status report by area
- Maintenance of office AC, Lighting, voltage switch room (LVSR), Distribution Board (DB)
- New equipment PMP program
Perform the following tasks:
- Technical training support certification, staff induction and internship
- Chain & Key accounts relationship management/maintenance contract management
- Compile MPR reports at the end of the month
- Coordinates and supervise parts in truck program
- Technical field support across all brands
- Equipment failure rate report by brand and model
- Preventive Maintenance Report (PMP)
- Sales Revenue Report versus Budget
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 2 years minimum experience in Managerial role
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
- Self-motivated and driven
