Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Bids & Tender Specialist to manage the preparation and submission of bids and proposals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in winning new business by coordinating the entire tender process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with requirements and delivering competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tender process, including reviewing tender documents, preparing proposals, and submitting bids.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to develop winning strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
• Ensure all bids comply with legal, financial, and technical specifications outlined by clients.
• Maintain a database of bids, contracts, and client communications.
• Track tender outcomes and conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tender opportunities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in bids, tenders, or proposal management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and tender management.
• Exceptional project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
