Job Title: Inventory / Storekeeper and Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Inventory/Storekeeping:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all restaurant supplies and ingredients.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize and manage storage areas for optimal space utilization and easy access.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all items to maintain freshness and quality.

Procurement:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality for ingredients and supplies.
• Place orders and manage the timely delivery of goods to meet the restaurant’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an inventory/storekeeper and/or procurement officer, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food safety and storage regulations is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
