Job Overview

• The Growth Manager will drive sales by onboarding a diverse group of realtors to sell company properties.
• The ideal candidate must be familiar with the real estate industry, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to persuade and retain realtors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard and retain realtors.
• Build and manage a network of realtors and professionals within the real estate sector.
• Lead sales initiatives to drive business growth and increase property sales.
• Persuade, teach, and retain realtors to effectively meet business goals.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively to foster strong relationships with realtors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth management (preferably in real estate).
• Proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute business-aligned strategies.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly (HMO, Leave Allowance, Pension after probation) .
