Job Title: Growth Officer

Locations: Abia and Ibadan - Oyo

Job Summary

• As a growth officer, your primary role will be to acquire new merchants and generate revenue for our Transaction Finance Company.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants & manage existing merchant transactions (Drawdown & Repayment)
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Candidate must be resident in the location of the job.
• Fluency in local language relevant to the location of the job.

Salary
N150, 000 - N200, 000 Monthly.

Additional Benefit

• Commissions of 5% of the entire revenue generated within your portfolios, payable on overall performance monthly.
