Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Summary

  • We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join their team.
  • The Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing personalized advice and recommendations on liquid detergent products for kitchen and laundry use.
  • Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is organized.
  • Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Offer detailed information about liquid detergent products, including care instructions and usage tips for both kitchen and laundry applications.
  • Manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and assisting with restocking shelves.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Engage in promotional activities and events to boost store sales.
  • Work with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance sales efforts.
  • Encourage customers to refer others and educate them on how they can earn commissions for buying products.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc, OND, HND with previous experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Smart and quick-thinking with the ability to adapt to new products and processes.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms.

Remuneration
N100,000 - N200,000 + commission on sales.
