Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to manage our sales team, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
• The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
• Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients and VIP customers
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create in-store displays, promotions, and events
• Maintain store appearance, ensure visual merchandising standards, and control inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in luxury retail
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and industry trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and handle customer complaints.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Familiarity with Nigerian luxury market and high-end clients
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
