We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using customer service software.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement based on customer interactions.
• Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and any promotions.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
