Job Title: IT Manager (Micro-Finance Bank)

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To develop and implement appropriate IT Strategy that supports business strategic plan.
• To ensure the provision of appropriate IT infrastructure, maintain them and help their optimization.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic IT initiative that supports corporate Business Plan
• IT Infrastructural survey and change proposal
• Develop and implement IT Policy
• Develop and implement business disaster recovery plan

Leadership Responsibility:

• Lead and motivate IT team
• Co-ordinate performance management process for the IT team.

Business Support:

• Allocate password privileges to users
• Ensure data security and integrity
• Implement new computer system
• Run opening and end of day programme
• Ensure daily back-up of banking data
• Train users
• Advise the business on appropriate computer systems taking into account profitability, set business goals, cost and quality
• Support users to optimize available hard ware and soft ware resources
• Develop, implement and manage service level agreement
• Manage incidents, problems and computer configuration.

Qualifications / Skills

• At least a 1st degree or a HND in Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Certification in data base management and Microsoft Office Tools
• Previous experience in supporting a standard banking software
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive energy and drive coupled with ability to work independently and handle complex business problems
• Able to deliver stretching targets
• Good appreciation of business processes.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
