Job Title: Assistant Human Resources and Admin Officer (Male)

Reports to: Human Resources Manager/ Administrator
Department: Human Resources/ Administration.
Job Summary
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Administration departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, compliance with policies, and excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Recruitment: Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update employee information, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits, leave management, and time-off requests.
- Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes, track employee performance, and maintain records.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
Administration:
- Office Management: Ensure office operations run smoothly, maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Communication: Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and databases.
- Event Planning: Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
General Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and record-keeping systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desirable Qualities:
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
