Building Nations Initiative (BNI) is a youth-led, youth work, service-learning, and community development organization. We provide non-formal education, early childhood, and youth development services to children, youth, and families at our respective community youth centers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance and Admin Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track financial transactions, budgets, and expenditures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and assist with auditing processes.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring all logistics are efficiently handled.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies and support overall office management tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in finance or administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit or similar organisation.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
