Job Summary

• To effectively man their new business office and position it to acquire more customers while managing existing clients, they urgently seek to recruit for the position of Female Business Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies that will lead to increased customer acquisition, retention and management
• Oversee office administration ensuring high level organization and orderliness
• Study and understand market dynamics to be able to craft effective strategies
• Engage prospects and customers, handle business enquiries and leveraging persuasive skills for improved business relationship
• Leverage social media platforms for promotional activities
• Write and produce quality content on the website and on social media platforms to grow followership through engagements.
• Generate ideas for content and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure content shared on digital channels is optimized to achieve marketing objectives.
• Staying current on granites and marble trends for possible opportunities to create stronger and more engaging content.
• Analyzing, tracking, and reporting website and social media analytics.
• Execute social media plans, scheduling calendars and regular updates.

Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc/BA degree in any relevant business discipline.
• A minimum of one year post-NYSC robust work experince is required
• They must be very hardworking with high level of integrity
• Ability to use the entire packages of Microsoft Office Suite is compulsory
• Applicant must understand the whole rudiments of business management
• Knowledge of Granites and Mable market will be an advantage
• Ideal candidates should be ready to reside in Ogidi area.
