Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled General Manager to oversee our group of companies, including the Beauty Gallery Group and Away Home and Design Group, which specialize in beauty and real estate, respectively, promoting the most elite hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase Profits: Strategize and implement plans to boost profitability across all organizations.
• Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Maintain Capital: Ensure the efficient management of resources to sustain current capital levels.
• Manage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business functioning post-renovation.
• Improve Performance: Achieve significant improvements in employee performance, financial performance, and organizational structure within the first three months.

Qualifications
Educational Background:

• Graduate with international education.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree is mandatory.
• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the beauty, real estate, or hospitality industries.
• Demonstrated success in increasing profitability and expanding business operations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and managerial skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
