We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Lead (Finished Goods)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To manage the finished goods store, capture inventory record data into relevant systems and store properly and gives required goods for to sales dispatch according to plan with optimal customer satisfaction to achieve optimal reporting capability and stock management.

Duties & Responsibilities
Plant & Capacity Utilization:

  • Capture data into ERP {system} and extract reports
  • Capture problem-solving documentation
  • Maintain receipts & records of sales order
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Maintain material stock level.

Good manufacturing practices {GMP}:

  • Ensure compliance to 5s arrangement with good visualization in the finished goods store.
  • TPM {Total productive management}
  • Adhere to First in First out (FIFO) and first expired first out {FEFO} procedures when issuing out and receiving products.

Manage Plant, process and systems:

  • Rotate stock and coordinate the inflow & outflow of finished goods.
  • Manage opening and closing of the Finish goods store accordingly.
  • Ensure that sales departments get the required quantity needed for customer dispatch.

Data and report management:

  • Perform other stock-related duties, including finished goods store records from main production factory.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

Health, Safety, andEnvironment:

  • Comply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislation
  • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards

People:

  • Execute planned job rotation and alternatives for all critical roles
  • Build team spirit
  • Manage Staff Performance
  • Give daily/weekly / Monthly staff feedback
  • Document /or follow SOP & Work instruction
  • Communicate effectively with teams
  • Contribute to self and team development

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

  • HND/OND Degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics and other related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Ideal Leadership and Teamwork

  • GRN {goods receive note} creation.
  • Replenishment & stock level cycle
  • Capture problem-solving documentation
  • Be conversant with good manufacturing practices, 5S and good housekeeping {GHK}
  • Achieve optimal reporting capability
  • roficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
