Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Lagos
Position Summary
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) would provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization.
- The CEO supervises the overall operations of the company and reports directly to the Group Executive Vice- Chairman.
- He superintend on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to Real Estate Development, Contract Administration, Project Management, cost Estimation and Budgeting, Business Development, Product Development and Management, Research & Development (R&D).
Requirements
Education:
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines such as Quality Survey, Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning etc.
- Relevant Professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 10-15 years "Hands-on" Experience and at least, 3 years in a similar role.
