Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking for an individual who can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned and in compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain designated facility areas, including tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom sanitation.
• Conduct and record routine inspections and maintenance activities.
• Handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs as necessary.
• Ensure supply rooms are well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (SSCE)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficient in understanding and conveying detailed instructions, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in multitasking and setting priorities.
• Excellent communication.
