Job Title: Eatery Food Production Supervisor

Location: Sapele / Warri, Delta

Job Summary

• Supervise kitchen staff, and front officers providing guidance and training as needed
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
• Ensure efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and reducing costs
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and specials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Move throughout the facility to visually monitor and take action to ensure quality service standards are met.
• Interact positively with customers and resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
• Coordinate menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of cooking continental and Africana dishes
• 4+ years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety certification (HACCP or equivalent) is a plus
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
