Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki Phase 1 Lagos,

Job Description

• Handle Cash, Transfer, POS transactions with customers
• Prepare receipts and collect payments, issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
• Prepare sales reports
• Bank all cash daily
• Keep reports of all transactions and take inventory of all items supplied to the store
• Ascertain reorder levels and take charge of reorders
• Regular Stock-taking
• Prepare Financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Filing of Tax returns to the relevant body
• Prepare Payrolls & Pay slips
• Detailed recording of all income, expenses
• Maintain customer database and loyalty programs
• Bag, box or wrap packages
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Auditing skills

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess HND/B.Sc in Accounting/Banking & Finance or related.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Proficient in Windows and MS office, High level of MS Excel Knowledge
• Knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is a plus
• Must possess suggestive selling skills
• Experience in retail and basic math skills
• Attention to detail and have a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary

• N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
