Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fashion store.
• The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise sales staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring visual merchandising and display standards.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and controlling inventory levels.
• Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and damage.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
