Responsibilities and Assignments
Debt Collection for all units:

• In charge of debt collection for BV and OPT in Nigeria and Ghana
• Responsible for follow up of debtors and in charge of dealing with late payment
• To inform management & follow-up of customer’s disputes
• To deal with liquidators and ask for bad debt to be written off
• Bad debt provision and to be sent to SSc
• Group Receivables/Payables
• In charge of Getpaid tool monitoring for all collectors in Nigeria and Ghana
• Responsible for client visitation
• Weekly Credit committee meetings
• Liaise with Port Harcourt collectors for weekly update
• Ensure prompt reconciliation and update of debt status
• Support Niyi the AR team with WHT and VAT Collection.

Key Performance Indicators

• Quality of the reports of analysis
• Timely follow up of debt
• Maximum reduction of DSO
• No non-conformity with collection set standard and policies.
• Respect of the deadlines set for the unit and all reporting lines
• Timely feedback to the Credit Manager.
• Must meet up to stipulated deadlines by the unit in correspondence with SSC needs.
