Job Description
- Recognize the Hydraulic system and its components.
- Understand the whole caster related equipment functionality.
- Perform routine inspections and monitoring to ensure proper alignment and functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve caster related issues, collaborating with operational teams.
- Assist in planning and executing scheduled maintenance shutdowns and upgrades.
- Develop and implement improvements to caster performance, quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities periodically for implementation.
- Essential in welding, Grinding, cutting and measurements to work enforce.
- Maintain the lubrication system of all the equipment’s periodically.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and earing PPE.
