Description 

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Girl to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their purchases, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and maintain a clean and organized store.
• You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and providing advice on products. The role also requires processing transactions and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in selecting merchandise.
• Provide product information and advice to customers on product selections.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring displays are appealing and fully stocked.
• Assist with restocking shelves and updating inventory.
• Ensure proper pricing and labeling of merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Work with team members to achieve store sales goals and targets.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, including identifying stock shortages.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in processing returns and exchanges when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
