Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Description

• Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and preparing forecasts.
• You will generate new business leads and increase brand awareness and market share.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
• Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Plan digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain and manage the company’s social media presence across all digital channels
• Plan and create content
• Creative Writing
• Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns

Requirements

• A first degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related course
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attentive to details.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Must have at least intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong Emotional Intelligence Skills.
• Good communication skill and Business Result-oriented aptitude.
• Good problem-solving skills. Proficient in the application of market research.
• Excellent influencing.
• Strong team player and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
