Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Panel Beater to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bodywork and frames on vehicles to determine the extent of damage and identify necessary repairs.
• Repairing scratches, dents and other damage to bodywork and replacing any parts that cannot be repaired.
• Straighten and realign chassis and frames, using specialist tools and equipment.
• Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories.
• Replacing or repairing windows, car interiors and exterior trim.
• Apply body fillers to repair damaged areas, and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
• Perform welding tasks to repair or replace damaged sections of the vehicle.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of tools.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

• 5 years+ experience as an Auto-Panel Beater or similar role.
• Relevant certifications or training in automotive electronics (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and materials.
• Ability to work on a range different vehicle body types.
• Proficiency in using welding and metalworking tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
