Job Title: Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa
• Manage and train spa staff
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate staff schedules
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the spa
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
• Develop and implement spa policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Plan and execute promotional events
• Conduct regular staff meetings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage client records and bookings
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance services
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
• Prepare reports on spa performance

• Address any operational issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
