Sales Force Consulting - Our client, a brand new Upscale Lounge and Hospitality Centre is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hospitality Manager

Location: Nkwelle Ezunaka, Onitsha - Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Effectively oversee the functions of all the departments monitoring their activities to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Coordinating the lounge activities to ensure that all departments are adequately staffed.
• Instituting effective internal controls and ensuring total compliance
• Directly supervising employees ensuring they work in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations to attract and retain patronage.
• Leverage all marketing channels to drive awareness and patronage.
• Following established company procedures on any disciplinary problems or deviations and reporting any extraordinary circumstances to the CEO
• Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and staff.
• Participate in monthly inventory count.
• Ensure that proper beverage and foods requisition and ordering processes are followed through.
• Continually source quality products for the bar to include beer, soft, juice, spirits, wine and mixers.
• Ensure training program is in place and used on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Degree / HND.

Other Conditions:

• Must age less than 45years
• Minimum of 10 years work experience is a similar role is required.
• Mode of interview shall be physical/virtual
