Job Title: Hospitality Manager
Location: Nkwelle Ezunaka, Onitsha - Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Effectively oversee the functions of all the departments monitoring their activities to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Coordinating the lounge activities to ensure that all departments are adequately staffed.
- Instituting effective internal controls and ensuring total compliance
- Directly supervising employees ensuring they work in alignment with policies and procedures.
- Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations to attract and retain patronage.
- Leverage all marketing channels to drive awareness and patronage.
- Following established company procedures on any disciplinary problems or deviations and reporting any extraordinary circumstances to the CEO
- Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and staff.
- Participate in monthly inventory count.
- Ensure that proper beverage and foods requisition and ordering processes are followed through.
- Continually source quality products for the bar to include beer, soft, juice, spirits, wine and mixers.
- Ensure training program is in place and used on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Degree / HND.
Other Conditions:
- Must age less than 45years
- Minimum of 10 years work experience is a similar role is required.
- Mode of interview shall be physical/virtual
