We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description 

  • As our Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our firm.
  • You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities within the business structuring and HR consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and target potential clients.
  • Leverage networking opportunities, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our firm.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including consultants, subject matter experts, and operations staff, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
