Location: Karasana Gwarinpa Extension, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Teacher to provide leadership and ensure the smooth running of our school.
• The successful candidate will oversee curriculum development, staff supervision, and student welfare, while driving academic excellence and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Educational Leadership: Manage curriculum implementation, monitor teaching standards, and enhance student performance through data analysis and staff development.
• School Administration: Collaborate with the Admin Manager on scheduling and reporting, ensuring resource efficiency and progress transparency.
• Teacher and Staff Supervision: Lead recruitment, conduct performance appraisals, and handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Student Affairs: Oversee student discipline, promote welfare, and encourage participation in extracurricular activities.
• Parental and Community Engagement: Facilitate communication with parents, encourage involvement in school activities, and strengthen community relations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term goals, drive innovation, and promote the school’s values and reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in school leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
