Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Summary
- As a real estate sales executive, you will work closely with the manager to develop and increase sales of properties by following up on potential and existing clients.
- You will be required to follow up on portfolio/leads of new clients too.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales of properties with existing and new clients Prospect
- Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through inspections.
- Develop innovative ideas to boost sales
- List details of land for sale
- Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with a proven record of businessdevelopment in a real estate firm.
- Must be creative to apply innovative marketing campaigns & strategies to attract buyers .
- Must be energetic
- Must have good command of English.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly, 10% on Land sales, 3% on House sales plus other gift items.
