We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Catering Instructor (Pastry, Cookery & Bakery)

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in proper knife skills and other baking utensils, dress code, sanitation, and fundamental cooking & baking techniques.
• Must be able to evaluate students' performance through testing and practical exams.
• Pastery chefs must be a professionals in pastery and bakery.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Catering / Hospitality Management, Vocational Certificate / Diploma in Catering Service.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Should have worked in a vocational training school as a catering instructor.
